About Varka

Varka is a playable character from the game Genshin Impact. He's the current Grand Master of the Knights of the Favonius and bears the title of "Knight of Boreas" in connection to Andrius and the Four Winds. You can read more about him here.

He was first mentioned in voicelines all the way back in Version 1.0 and his first banner ran during Version 6.4!

How I found this character

I was minding my business on Youtube when I saw the teaser for Genshin's Luna II update in the recommended videos section. MIND YOU I haven't played Genshin in years, so I realized something big must've shown up for it to leave the community and end up on my feed. I got curious enough to watch it and I was like...oh my gah...

I can't say I'm 100% happy with his design, but I'll take what I can get 😎 I've been waiting for him to show up in the game for sooo long.

Why I like him

Sticker of Varka from Genshin Impact. He proudly holds his signature claymore back over his shoulder with a grin.I need to blow him up and squeeze him like a stressball until he pops. He's the silliest guy ever !!! The way that he refers to Razor and Rosaria as HIS kids IN GAME makes me weep and sob and scream. Those are his little babies that he birthed through mitosis 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺

• Rubs the bridge of his nose with the back of his thumb when he's deep in thought.
• He initially started shaving his beard because it annoyed him, but now he does it to hide his gray hairs.
• A bit of a gut from his drinking habits.
• When someone's talking to him, he'll subconsciously chase their face so he can keep eye contact.
• Has two photos of Razor and Rosaria when they were much younger in his desk. WILL bring these out when given the chance to talk about them at length.
• Bisexual with a strong preference for men. But also I like the idea of him as homoromantic asexual. It just depends on how I'm feeling on a given day 🙂‍↕️

I REMADE HIS SERENITEA POT ROOM... i started to feel bad that i left it really empty so i added some extra things so he isn't living completely in squalor 😭 and i changed the wallpaper to the fontanian one to feed my oc x canon delusions because everything reminds me of them 🩷
